What is included in the basic plan?
Our core membership includes unlimited access to all scheduled studio classes, complimentary refreshments, and access to our digital resource library. It's designed to provide a comprehensive foundation for your daily practice.
What is the cancellation policy?
Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time with a 30-day written notice. Annual memberships are a one-year commitment; early cancellation may incur a fee equivalent to two months of the standard monthly rate.
Are group sessions included?
Yes, all regular group classes listed on our schedule are fully included in both the Monthly and Annual memberships. Specialized workshops and guest instructor sessions may require a separate booking fee.
Do you offer student or family discounts?
We offer a 15% discount for full-time students with valid ID, and a 10% discount for additional family members living in the same household who sign up for a membership.
What is your refund policy?
Membership fees are non-refundable once billed. However, if you experience a medical emergency or relocation, we can freeze your account or discuss prorated options on a case-by-case basis.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade from a Monthly to an Annual plan at any time. Downgrading from Annual to Monthly must wait until your current annual billing cycle is complete.
How do one-on-one bookings work?
Private sessions are booked separately through our concierge or member portal. While memberships include one consultation, regular ongoing private sessions are billed at our member-exclusive hourly rate.
Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?
We want you to feel completely at home. If you are unsatisfied within your first 14 days of a new membership, we will happily refund your initial payment, no questions asked.
